This service provides evidence-based education, emotional encouragement, physical comfort measures, and faith-centered support to ensure you and your partner feel prepared and confident for the journey ahead. Birth Doula Services include 3 1 hour personalized prenatal appointments, phone and text support during pregnancy to help you prepare physically, emotionally, and spiritually for birth. Prenatal doula sessions may include birth preparation, comfort measures, partner support techniques, labor planning, evidence-based education, and guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals.
