The postpartum period (4th Trimester) that focuses on "mothering the mother"Postpartum doula care provides practical assistance, emotional encouragement, newborn support, breastfeeding guidance, and a calm presence as your family adjusts to life with a new baby. My goal is to help you feel supported, rested, and confident during the early postpartum weeks. Initial Consultation required prior to booking.
